SHIPPING:

• Shipping rates start at $55 through UPS overnight delivery.
• Multiple animals can be shipped in one box, each in individual containers.
• Animals are shipped in a corrugated box with styrofoam insert.
• Hot packs and cold packs will be used when needed.
• My shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  

PAYMENT:

• Credit cards accepted through Paypal.
• Money Order / Cashier's Check / Personal Check / Paypal E-Check.
• Please note that animals will not ship until payment clears
  

DEPOSIT:

• Animals can be held for 30 days with full payment.
• Animals can be held for 14 days with a deposit of 25% of the total purchase price.
• Full payment is expected within 14 days of that deposit. If payment is not made, or other arrangements are not made, deposit will be considered forfeited.
  
• All deposits are Non-Refundable.

GUARANTEE:

• All animals are represented in complete honesty.
• All animals are in optimum health and feeding well upon leaving my facility.
• All photographs are taken using a Fuji FinePix F2 Digital camera. Photographs are not digitally altered, other than to resize and ad borders.
  
• Live arrival is guaranteed. The following terms apply:
• Package must be signed for on the first delivery attempt.
• Package must be opened and animals inspected immediately. If there are any problems, call me right away.
• I cannot be responsible for carrier delays or weather problems while package is in transit.

There is nothing more disappointing that be unhappy with a purchase - especially when it's your hard earned money at stake. If you receive your animal(s) and have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. I will try my best to resolve the issue.
